Nikki is a business executive with 25 years of Human Resources expertise. She has been a certified DEI professional for 17 years, putting her first large-scale D&I strategy in place more than 15 years ago.  

Nikki is the owner of HR Unequivocally®. HRU has offices in Fort Mill, SC and Charlotte, NC. 

She partners with organizations to create sustainable human resource ad DEI plans. She provides a wide variety of customized training and talent development solutions for current and emerging leaders. 

Nikki is a certified Coach, Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0/360 and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner, Certified Civil Treatment-Diversity and Inclusion for domestic and international delivery.
