Eric is a Strengths-based Coach and Facilitator. He brings 20 years in the human services field providing implementation support and coaching to agencies throughout NC.

He is a trained facilitator delivering skill-based trainings and evidence-based programs to leaders and agencies. 

As an experienced Coach and Facilitator he brings his unique style and experience to life empowering his clients with increased self-awareness and connecting them to powerful solutions from within.
