About Ben

Ben is a dynamic facilitator, project manager, and co-conspirator for teams focused on equity, diversity and inclusion. He believes in “transforming the self to transform the world” (Grace Lee Boggs) and seeks to transform teams and organizations through deep partnership with individuals. 

Across non-profits, government agencies, and multinational firms, Ben has co-created authentic spaces where the conversation not being had is found, celebrated, and used to strategically shape more equitable, inclusive futures. He is passionate about inviting others into the empowering work of social justice and joyfully blows off steam in the icy waters of open water swimming in his down time.
